Empowering Health Agency LLC provides individualized Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) designed to help individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, and other barriers to employment explore career opportunities, develop workplace skills, and achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
Our services are delivered through a person-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach, recognizing each individual’s unique strengths, experiences, interests, and career goals. We work collaboratively with clients to identify vocational aspirations, overcome employment barriers, build confidence, and develop the skills necessary for long-term success.
All VRS services are provided on a 1:1 basis through three flexible service models:
- Drop-In Center Services – Clients receive individualized vocational support in a structured and supportive environment focused on career exploration, employment readiness, job-seeking skills, resume development, interview preparation, workplace communication, and goal achievement.
- Community-Based Services – Clients receive hands-on support within their communities, allowing them to develop employment skills, explore career interests, access community resources, participate in job-shadowing opportunities, and build confidence in real-world settings.
- In-Home Services – Clients receive personalized vocational support in their homes, where services are tailored to their individual needs, employment goals, and barriers to success. This model provides flexibility and individualized attention while promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
